Presidents don’t run the United States.  They are Pawns-in-Chief, bully-pulpit cheerleaders for Elite Agendas; nothing more.  The United States is run by ten banks, controlling interest in which is held by eight families (four American and four European) and their associated criminal network holding controlling interest in every significant Fortune 500 company.  100 members of the U.S. Senate along with 435 members of the House of Representatives, that would be all of them, are controlled by this same banking Plutocracy.  It is Congress allied with our uninformed Main Street votes that are erasing our once Constitutionally recognized unalienable rights – now nearly gone via the Administrative Dictatorship we live under.  An unelected dictatorship governed by appointed Secretaries (usually Skull & Bones members or indirectly related to Bonesmen) of obscenely corrupt, wantonly powerful Federal Agencies, which have since 2001, somehow lost track of more than $50 trillion U.S. dollars.  That’s right – with a capital “T”.  Perhaps we have a Congressional oversight problem?

WHO TO VOTE FOR?

We basically don’t know who Trump is; whether he’s lying, pandering, can or will do what he claims, etc.  He has no openly visible ties to Yale’s Skull and Bones (obviously), Harvard’s Porcellian Club or other Elite vetting organizations, Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, Bilderberg, Milner Round Table Groups, etc.  Can an American citizen accumulate a net worth totaling several billions and remain an Elite outsider?  I don’t know.  Trump is a casino mogul.  Obviously he works with organized crime families in that business.  Does this mean he’s involved in organized crime himself?  I don’t know, but haven’t seen visible evidence of it.  Trump appears to work with Wall Street as opposed to being owned by Wall Street.  A vote for Trump appears to be a vote for the unknown, based on hope that he may be a genuine rogue fully intent on cleaning up the deeply embedded corruption and treasonous criminal negligence of D.C. on behalf on Main Street citizens, who happen to be his business’s customers.  The better Main Street does; the better Trump does.  He has a vested interest in American Main Street success, if nothing else.

Hillary on the other hand, we have known publically for thirty years as a self-entitled Elite Wanna-be;  proven liar, cowardly, mean-beyond-the-pale bully; willing to do or say anything, including treason and the sacrifice of her own American foreign service employees for the fattening of Clinton Foundation bank accounts, through which more than $100 billion has flowed, unaudited as Federal Law requires, since 1997.  Hillary and her husband are openly and flagrantly owned by Wall Street.  A vote for Hillary appears to be a vote for known, flaunted criminality, financial self-debasement and the blue-light sale of anything Main Street American to this weeks’ highest Clinton Foundation bidder.  She has no visible interest tied to anything good for America’s Main Street; only to her own self-interest.  If she can do for the entire country what she and Obama have done to blacks, our crash and burn into the toilet of economic history will pick up significant speed.

A few 1600 Watch comparison observations.

Trump’s wealth is on display all day every day.  Forget his tax returns.  They’re probably more than 400 pages of stuff few of us could even begin to understand.
Hillary’s wealth is under the table through the Clinton Foundation, which has never been audited as Federal law requires and has laundered more than $100 billion to date.

Trump is a proven negotiator.  He may take us to war, but I suspect not.  It isn’t his style.  He wins by being smarter than his competitors and creating win-win scenarios.
Hillary is a proven Neo-Con Democrat, fully committed to the Oligarchy’s BANKING/OIL/WAR BUSINESS MODEL, who will without question take us into war.

Trump has interesting ideas regarding debt-equity swaps, which could go a long way toward repairing the unproductive U.S. economy and joblessness through better financial policy management, less discriminatory taxation and less regulatory corruption.
Hillary has two solutions for every problem, RAISE TAXES and INCREASE REGULATORY CORRUPTION.  She has no practical ideas, other than war, for fixing the U.S. economy.

Trump is 100% against anti-U.S. trade treaties such as GATT, NAFTA or the newest Elite craze – the fully unconstitutional Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), which by the way transfers American sovereignty and law from we the people directly to greedy trans-national conglomerate monopolies under Elite control.
Hillary and her husband support all Elite, Main Street impoverishing strategies 100%.

Trump claims he will fight PPACA (Obamacare) control over our behavior and lives.
Hillary promises to put the  Obamacare freedom-eating, wealth transfer machine on steroids for the feasting of Big Insurance, Big Pharma and Big Medicine.

Trump appears to be a supporter of our military personnel and their well-being and doesn’t appear focused on using U.S. military power as a private police force for Elite resource rape across the globe.  Trump seems to believe in business, not slavery.
Hillary and her husband (Somalia/Yugoslavia/Haiti/Libya/Syria/Ukraine as six examples) have proven themselves supporters of Elite resource rape agendas and spilling U.S. military blood in a bullying enforcement role masquerading as foreign aid.

Trump offers the possibility of U.S. middle-class wealth creation enabling more discretionary dollars available for alternative energy, environmental research and Eco-development.
Hillary promises quicker, deeper U.S. financial insolvency rendering environmental research and development implausible, at least outside the corrupt green give-aways to connected insiders we see with the Obama Administration.

Trump has raised incredibly smart, poised, productive children with no visible ties to Elite or criminal families, excepting his daughter’s marriage into a convicted felon’s, fraudulent New Jersey Real estate family.
Hillary’s daughter shows herself to be a spoiled, entitled political drone married into a convicted felon’s Ponzi Scheme family.

Trump runs real Main Street businesses providing goods (real estate) and services (golf, entertainment, gaming, etc.); taking financial risk, creating jobs and wealth for himself and those around him, including his employees.
Hillary has never produced anything in her life; has fed at the uninformed tax payer trough for decades; and earns more than $250,000 per hour peddling government access to those connected insiders who can afford Clinton pay to play.

Trump appears to be an independent American rogue.  I don’t know if he actually is.
Integrity challenged Hillary is a known Elite pawn proving daily she will say or do anything for more money and more power.  Abetting the sale (along with other treasonous Federal Agency Secretaries) 20% of all known U.S. uranium resources to Russian controlled companies is one example.

I can’t advise you who to vote for, but my gut says Trump – might be OK.  Hillary – swipe left.

Allegation considering whether our Supreme Court enabled health insurance fraud by not considering more than 2,000 pages of toxic, unconstitutional PPACA legislation and then labeling the remainder a tax?

1600 Watch allegation that our Federal government is perpetrating health insurance fraud.

Discussion showing how simple arithmetic demonstrates and predicts 100% consistent failure of any and all mathematically unsustainable, utopian Nanny State systems such as Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.  A fifth grader can easily see the inevitable failure of collectivist systems.

SS From 1970 – 2011

The hyperlink above will take you to U.S. Social Security demographic info compiled by 1600 Watch.  This data is referenced in the following video presentation.

This video blog discusses the Communist medical coup, Obamacare and offers a five point, free market prescription to replace it with after REPEAL;  an actual American solution rather than a European style con job dumping our freedom into the Federal toilet.

Health care insurance is private industry, not politics.  We The People may be disinterested enough to accept gross misrepresentation of fact by our elected politicians on a daily basis with zero accountability; legally or politically – but we do not accept lying in conducting our daily commerce.  It is illegal; it is fraudulent to intentionally misrepresent a product or service in the consumer marketplace.  The United States has established consumer protection standards and statutes.

Our elected, so-called Representatives in Washington D.C. as well as many appointed Federal bureaucrats have freely chosen to intervene in private commerce, specifically health insurance coverage and health care services.

These apparently corrupt officials, for whatever reason, are intentionally, aggressively and openly misrepresenting several critically important aspects of the Patient Protection and Unaffordable Care Act (PPACA), aka Obamacare.

A few of these misrepresented facts, The Seven Broken Seals follow:
1.  There will be no government controlled rationing board to allocate health care services and/or prices.
2.  PPACA will cost less than $1 trillion dollars and will therefore be budget neutral.
3.  If you like your existing insurance plan you can keep it.
4.  If you like your Doctor you can keep him or her.
5.  Affordable health insurance will be made more accessible and easier to afford than it has been in the past and consumers will have more choices.
6.  The typical family premium for health care insurance will be reduced by an average of $2,500 per year.
7.  The new PPACA mandated plans will be better and less expensive than your old crummy plans.

All seven seals are now broken.  All seven of the above promises are outright lies stated repeatedly by our officials over the past four years and as I write this piece – the obvious lies and misrepresentation are ongoing.

The health care industry is not politics.  Health care is real life.  The Federal government of the United States has no Constitutional Authority under which it can legally intervene (my layman’s opinion) in the personal health care and daily lives of individual citizens.  It has no Constitutional Authority (my layman’s opinion) under which We The People can be forced to purchase government controlled services.  The Federal government of these United States certainly has no Constitutional Authority under which it can freely, wantonly and openly lie to American citizens about products and services it is forcing upon We The People.

Health care insurance and health care services are daily commerce critically intertwined with life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.  Health care insurance as well as health care services are not the purvey or prerogative of the Federal government.  None-the-less, many of our Federal Officials have chosen to forcibly intervene in the operations of the health care industry – – and as such — those same Federal Officials have made themselves subject to the consumer protections and laws already in place.

Lying to consumers about health care insurance products is fraud.  Every single Federal Official, elected or appointed, who has knowingly and intentionally lied to the American people regarding implementation and stipulations effectively instituted by PPACA are guilty of INSURANCE FRAUD and ought be indicted and tried in court for this alleged fraud.  If found guilty, they ought be punished accordingly and appropriately.  Neither elected nor appointed position grants license to lie in carrying out our daily commerce.

HEALTH CARE IS NOT POLITICS.  LYING ABOUT HEALTH CARE IS FRAUD AND SHOULD BE TREATED AS SUCH!

I am not an attorney.  My opinion regarding the fraudulent behavior of individuals within our own government is my layman’s opinion.  The actual legal implications of this apparent fraud are enormous, complex and far reaching in terms of our Republic, our Constitutionally recognized freedoms and our individual relationship to Federal and State governments.

Make no mistake!  OBAMACARE IS COMMUNISM.  PERIOD.  Obamacare is Lenin, Stalin and Comrades assailing American liberty under the dangerous guise of so-called altruistic government; which in fact, is hell-bent on domination and control over all of us.  We need to wake up and deal with this at the voting booth — while we still can.

Here, in a blog shell, is the 1600 Watch Common Sense Health Care Proposal in less than 800 words.

1.  Allow all health insurance providers to sell health insurance plans across state lines to all individuals.  Let employers opt out of the employer provided insurance nightmare, dump the group concept and establish a single countrywide group of 313,000,000 people.  This will end government protected INTRAstate health insurance monopolies and will foster competition.

2.  Promote the establishment of private, free market, individual, named HEALTH CARE SAVINGS ACCOUNTS for all people in all states and educate young people as to the benefit of making small annual contributions toward their more elderly expenses each year.

3. Encourage health insurance providers to offer and consumers to purchase plans that do not include coverage for everyday primary care (family) medicine.

4.  Encourage health insurance providers to offer and consumers to purchase catastrophic health insurance coverage for the big stuff, for specialists and for expensive lab work.  By eliminating or at least reducing provider liability for small stuff, reasonable premiums will be more able to cover the big stuff.

5.  Encourage Doctors and clinics to offer direct pay services (concierge services) to their patients on a monthly fee (retainer) basis for all day to day primary care services with only a small office visit fee per visit.  (The office visit should not be free so as to discourage overwhelming clinics with trivial concerns.)  This monthly fee can include an additional opt-in or voluntary monthly contribution to assist Doctors and clinics in providing services to those who simply cannot afford to pay.

Note that existing direct service medical plans in Tennessee and other states, including pharmacies are already being successfully offered around the country at fees ranging from $50 to $200 per month.  Prescriptions typically costing as much as $250 can and are being offered for less than $15 through these same private plans.  Go figure.

6.  Establish a Medicaid style Federal  health insurance coverage fund to be administered through each state.  This Federal fund would provide as much as $400 per month toward premiums to each of the 15,000,000 or so persons who would like health insurance coverage and cannot get it; and can also cover the high risk pool.  Obviously, our concept does not include illegal aliens.  This fund would cost tax payers approximately $72 billion annually – $720 billion over ten years – and solves the access-cost dilemma for the less fortunate.  It’s an expensive socialist solution, but there may be no way around that at this point with 10,000 persons per day turning 65 years of age in the U.S. and realizing that more than 90% of all health care costs are typically incurred in the final decade of life.

7.  Other than the Federal health insurance coverage fund, all Federal government involvement and intervention in health care, including Medicare and Medicaid shall be eliminated.  The Veterans Administration would still provide services and hospitals for our veterans under its own program, but obviously this program should be contracted out to more cost effective private medical service providers along with actually providing adequate funding for our military medical services.

There you have it on one page.  Real solutions do not require 2,700 pages of law creating nearly 160 new Federal agencies, backed up by nearly 30,000 pages of regulatory insider crony spaghetti.

Political Comment:
Allow private free markets and consumers to deal with pre-existing conditions and caps for terminal illness and radical hospitalization expenses.  An actual free market will quickly sort it out through honest competition for consumers who provide the revenue stream for business success anyway.

Proponents of universal single payer government controlled health care insist that private free markets have failed the health care consumer in the United States. We ought take note of the fact that as established by 2011 CMS data, 36% of all U.S. health care costs are carried directly by government through Medicare and Medicaid.  53% of U.S. health care costs are borne through private health insurance and are under the central planning control of the Federal government established intrastate monopolies; or as some might call it – government protected PRICE FIXING.

In other words, 36% plus 53%, which totals 89% of all U.S. health care costs in 2011 involved Federal government control either directly or indirectly.  Only a seriously retarded victim of public school conditioning, robbed of their once bright future can call this a free market with a straight face.  THE UNITED STATES DOES NOT HAVE FREE MARKETS IN HEALTH CARE INSURANCE IN 2013.  PERIOD.  DON’T LET ANYONE TELL YOU OTHERWISE.

Federal government intervention is the DIRECT cause of MOST cost and access problems in American health care.  More government intervention will worsen the problem.  Private free markets have always been and will always be the correct, most competitive, most cost effective solution.  Please don’t swallow the thought conditioned delusion of academic simpletons who live apart from and without accountability to the real world we must live in.

Before we launch into my accusation of alleged Supreme Judicial Malpractice, let’s examine a simple fact.  Nothing is being done to Barrack Insane Obama regarding his Marxist healthcare scheme.  He is not a victim.  The Patient Unprotected and Unaffordable Care Act, aka, Obamacide is designed to force, coerce, conscript or draft (choose your favorite verb) every American citizen into government controlled health care.  Period as Obama likes to say.  This is a Marxist coup of nearly 20% of the U.S. economy.  There is nothing accidental about more than 100 million citizens eventually losing their existing health care insurance, whether individual or employer provided.  The painful result we are now beginning to live is the intent of the monopolistic central planners who wrote this pernicious legislation. Period as Obama likes to repeat.

The Supreme Circus has brutally hung middle class America out to dry on the ragged, poorly tied noose of the Patient Unprotected and Unaffordable Care Act.  These disgraceful black robed poltroons ought to be tarred and feathered either for ignorant high crimes and misdemeanors, craven cowardice or both.  Forcing American citizens to purchase something, anything at all is obscenely Unconstitutional and we don’t need a Globalist conditioned Harvard or Yale grad to comprehend that.  The war of 1776 was fought over far less kingly overreach than this collectivist nonsense.

The existing, government protected  intrastate monopolies in healthcare insurance are already criminally reprehensible;  and now because of a negligent Supreme Circus, we the people get saddled with so-called State Exchanges masquerading as competition; but which  in fact, are just vehicles for tightening down existing intrastate health insurance monopolies.  What greedy insider monopoly doesn’t dream of having a corrupt government mandate forcing the purchase of its products?  Even Globalist mutant, George Soros can make money this way and the pathetic Supreme Court is openly enabling this entire criminal farce by simply ignoring it’s Constitutional responsibility to protect and defend.  The Court openly chose to ignore more than 2,000 pages of corrupt, insider written legislation that aggressively urinates on Jefferson’s historic Declaration of Independence, our Constitution and our Bill of Rights.

Antonio Gramsci, Italian Marxist maintained that Marxism would overcome the free choices and opportunities inherent in capitalism and Republican government; not through uprising of the masses, but by an incrementally adopted better idea.  Gramsci was apparently prescient, as Lenin and Trotsky have finally in death, been handed victory over American free markets by a pathetic band of Supreme Jurists so ignorant and cowardly as to be astonishing.

“PPACA is a tax”, these semi-conscious, black robed miscreants found; so the remaining 2,000 plus pages of Federal dictatorial malfeasance wasn’t even worth examining or discussing. The issue raised here isn’t the tax.  The more significant issue is court malfeasance through omission of consideration for more than 2,000 pages of  toxic legislation apparently drafted behind closed doors, by well connected outside third parties in collusion with obviously corrupt elected officials.   So much for the Third useless Branch of Government.  No checks and balances on the tyrannical  Executive Branch, nor the corrupted Legislative Branch to be found among these nine, overpaid political hacks.

I doubt these life term, judicial bench warmers missed even one single lunch considering this matter given it’s just a trivial 20% or so of the entire American economy.  What’s a few trillion dollars or so among connected insider cronies?  “The tax payers are too stupid to understand this scam anyway and the Presscorpse can be counted on to never perform its job, so hey; Where did you say us Elite Black Robes are dining for lunch?  Be sure and try that great lobster bisque today; it’s on our government expense account for sure.  The dumbed down, collectivist conditioned tax payers will pick up the tab for our negligence -again.”

Even more sadly, in these days of missing profiles in courage, it is unconscionably acceptable for corrupt politicians to openly and repeatedly lie sans any legal accountability.  It’s just Obama and the Senate lying again and he’s black so it’s all good.  Can’t say a factual word without being a hateful racist.  I can accept the stupidity of this scenario and the protection for abuse of power it provides, but let’s make note of one tiny point shall we?  In what used to be the American justice system, lying to consumers, false pricing and gross misrepresentation of products and/or services by a business entity is labeled fraud and bears potential legal consequences if caught.

Obama and his Marxist Regime chose to insert themselves; force themselves actually, along with our Federal government into private commerce, ie., the health insurance and health services industries.  In the world of private commerce there are such things as consumer protections.  It is illegal for a company to openly misrepresent its products and/or prices.  Legal types call this sort of thing FRAUD.   It may be perfectly legal, though disgusting for Obama to lie to citizens all day long as a politician, but now he has chosen, in fact demanded,  to be an active business leader in distributing private products; and as such he must be held liable for all his actions in these private markets.

Obamacare is private industry, not government; and private market fraud bears legal consequences for citizens committing the crime.  Obama and his merry Democrat henchman, in concert with the always willing Establishment Right RINO’s have lied on many fronts for more than three solid years about the facts of their healthcare insurance exchanges, the pricing of policies and how this wealth transferring debacle will work.  This appears to be outright  FRAUD within private insurance markets and there should be no way out of criminal indictment for Obama or anyone else who has actively participated in the outright lies surrounding Obamacare, which is, in fact, active real participation within and dissemination of private services.

Because the Supreme Circus has been negligent by intent or incompetence, the court has actively enabled the Obama Regime to perpetrate insurance fraud on the American people and is therefor complicit in the FRAUD; are they not?  I’m not a lawyer, but this audacious crap is and will be horrifically damaging to people’s health as government forced rationing becomes imminent.  PPACA fraud perpetrates horrendous financial damage to American families  and the lying perpetrators ought be indicted and brought before a real criminal court, not the Supreme Circus of nine political hacks who couldn’t recognize our Constitution if they tripped over it.

No honestly intelligent person, much less a Harvard educated, supposed world leader mis-speaks for more than three years regarding an issue comprising nearly 20% of the world’s largest economy.  Annual U.S. health care costs have surpassed $2.7 trillion.  This is not a family debate about changing our newspaper subscription or cable TV provider.  This is real life deception effecting real people and the real people of the United States deserve better than government perpetrated fraud, regardless of whether they understand it.

I think we can safely state that Obamacare has put one heck of a nail in the coffin of TRUTH IN ADVERTIZING and the Supremes have sprinkled their negligent holy water all over the grave.

ANSWER: YES!
Collectivism in any guise is based on the general idea or MYTH that many can better take care of the few than the few can take care of themselves.  It’s warm and fuzzy; feels good;  makes for wonderfully disingenuous sound bites;  and in all of human history has not only, never worked, but ALWAYS leads directly to OVERBEARING government coercion.   In extreme cases the coercion is followed by outright abuse of power, imprisonment, torture, starvation and murder of the very same citizens the system was supposedly going to help.

I am aware of no exception to this general collectivist scenario, though admittedly there are degrees of coercion and the time to collapse is variable.  Somehow, under socialism, the Elite insiders and their obedient Ruling Class – that is to say the FEW – always end up controlling the MANY – just opposite the false promise.

Setting aside the murderous abuses found with extreme cases such as Russia, China, Cuba, Cambodia, etc.: the question becomes, WHY can’t socialist, centrally planned programs ever work – even when intentions are good?

Marxism / socialism / collectivism cannot and do not work for one very simple reason.  EVERY PERSON BORN, DIES.  It’s that simple and no ideology can change it.

All the ideology in the world;  the most complicated algorithms in the world;  the biggest hearts in the world;  cannot change the fact that every person born will die.  We are stuck with a one to one (1:1) ratio in the matter of physical life versus physical death.  On planet earth, within the construct of the physical world as we know it; each life converges on its own death.  Therefore, the many become the few over time and Nanny State ARITHMETIC simply does not work.

Regardless how the collectivist program is envisioned and structured; regardless the good or bad intentions; the population demographic ultimately converges on 1:1.  Now, since we have always, at least so far on earth, had some number of folks living – we don’t actually reach 1:1, which would be extinction.  However, as we approach 4:1; then 3:1 and finally 2:1; the wonderfully envisioned Nanny State system fails – every time.  It cannot survive itself.

All Nanny State concepts such as Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Obamacare, etc. fall victim to this convergence and are unsustainable because of it.  There is no methodology or ideology able to overcome the physical reality of life converging on death for every person born on earth.

As an example, the link below shows the population statistics of America’s Social Security program from 1970 through 2011.  Please realize that all collectivist style programs fall victim to the ebb and flow of population growth and ultimately fail for this same reason.

SS From 1970 – 2011

You’ll notice from the chart that in 1945 there were 41.9 workers contributing to the system for each beneficiary.  By 1970, just 25 years later, the system declined to 3.6 workers contributing for each beneficiary.  In 2010 we were down to 2.9 workers per beneficiary.  In comparing rates of population growth and decline across the globe, we find variation in growth rates, but the differences are not significant.  We also find localized discontinuities resulting from war, famine, disease, etc., but these are also insignificant over time.  The fact is – every person born, dies; and neither politics nor socioeconomic theories change that.

Even leaving birth and death aside, let’s keep it simple.  Say a community has a total of 100 police and firemen employed.  They set up a retirement program whereby each worker will contribute 5.00% of their income toward the retirement and health care of 20 fellow police and firemen, now retiring.  Looks great.  Years later, the 100 police and firemen are ready to retire.  To support all 100 of them at the  same contribution rate of 5.00%, the community will need 2,000 police and firemen contributing.  When the 2,000 retire, at the 5.00% contribution rate, 40,000 working police and firemen will be needed to support those retired.  Since there will never even be 2,000 working police and firemen, the contribution rate must be upped to impossible levels.  The workers cannot support the non-workers.  Each must take steps to support him or her self.

Nanny State programs are simply not mathematically viable nor sustainable.  We can tweak them and argue about this or that improvement, but after four generations – the population gig is up, reality comes a’ knockin’ and the program fails.  This fact is not arguable;  it just is.

The sustainable alternative to inevitable Nanny State failure is, of course, free market capitalism and individual self sufficiency to the maximum extent possible.  Capitalism is basically anarchy with rules and it works.  As governments grow;  freedom, self sufficiency and personal sustainability decline.  The Constitutional Republic of the United States bolsters free markets and the individual pursuit of excellence.  This system has provided more opportunity for more people and lifted more people out of poverty and hopelessness than any socioeconomic system in world history.  Period.  That is historic fact.  There is no other country or group of countries, or any other system that has created more wealth for more people than has the United States of America with its Constitutional recognition of human unalienable rights.

The arithmetic of population clearly demonstrates that abandonment of the individual to the collective ultimately fails everyone every time.  The only sustainable solution is maximum self sufficiency, whereby, the few disabled and helpless can easily be accommodated and cared for by the spiritually healthy, freely self sustained.

Russia and its collective Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (U.S.S.R.) collapsed in less than three painful generations (Assuming a generation to be 25-years.) from 1917 to 1989; after starving and murdering more than 40 million people to force their doomed system in place.  China starved and murdered more than 60 million to establish their brutally failed system and now is turning to a limited form of state-capitalism in an effort to save itself from a second revolution and collapse.  More than 75% of the Chinese people have received zero benefit from Communism and live in abject, utterly hopeless poverty, though remain conveniently out of sight through efforts of the Globalist media, conditioned socialists all.  Europe is headed for the same demise as most European countries are already flirting with bankruptcy, but at a slightly slower rate as Europe has not gone to full on Communism, or 100% government.

It is imperative for the American middle class to realize that the current Nanny State track of the United States government leads to disaster.  It is not a question of “IF”, but “WHEN” we fail and the arithmetic shows that four generations is about the sustainable limit.  We the Baby Boomers are the third generation and we are beginning to fail.  Proceeding stubbornly and ignorantly down this same collectivist path yields our children, the fourth generation, a future of certain poverty and chaos.

Capitalism and Constitutional Republics can be tweaked and improved.  Socialism is simply doomed to arithmetic failure.

A program like the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) can never be fixed.  Delaying it cannot fix it.  Remodeling it cannot fix it.  The entire concept is simply ludicrous with 10,000 people per day turning 60 years of age and with 95% of all lifetime medical expenses typically incurred during the final decade of life.

Survival of the American Dream requires facing reality.  It requires responsible voters who will elect Representatives having the intestinal fortitude to deal with real life and not get caught up in some cowardly utopian farce masquerading as caring.  The Dream only lives for our children and grandchildren if we ourselves have the courage and forseight to live the Dream ourselves.  Collectivism is not a dream.  Collectivism is a nightmare.

Is it not hilarious listening to Marxist Democrats and Establishment Right RINO’s, both pawns of the Elite Oligarchy, righteously declaring fidelity to The Law of the Land?  I bounce back and forth like an emotional steel ball in a 1950’s pin ball machine between the induced coma pin and the elevated heart rate pin.  You cannot make this stuff up and our Globalist Presscorpse just keeps on reiterating it.

Let’s take a quick look at this Law of the Land shall we.

First of all, U.S. Senate rules, though not particularly specific on this subject, at least imply that the Reconciliation Process cannot be implemented for the purpose of passing legislation that is not budget neutral.  In short, this results from passage of the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 and the Byrd Rule, which is frequently adopted with various pieces of legislation to insure proper debate and consideration.  Reconciliation omits the 3/5’s vote requirement and allows passage of a bill by a simple majority.  I haven’t often agreed with the late Senator Byrd of Virginia, but on this one I have.

In any event, the disingenuous Democrat charade of juxtaposing ten years of revenue against six years of ACA expense and deeming that pile of horse poop budget neutral is how the closet Commies slipped the Unaffordable Affordable Care Act through the Reconciliation process in violation (my opinion) of their own Senate Rules.  This is not legitimate.

Secondly, the Supreme Court, incorrectly in my view, but none-the-less found the PPACA to be a tax.  That finding means that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), aka Obamacare is a REVENUE BILL.  Article 1, Section 7, Paragraph 1 of the U.S. Constitution states: “All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills”.

Regardless of Comrade Harry Reid’s duplicitous slight of hand attempting to make PPACA appear to have originated in the House – PPACA clearly originated in the Senate as an attachment to a non-related Bill. Since PPACA is now found by our Supreme Court to be a REVENUE BILL, it is not legitimate law as it Unconstitutionally originated in the U.S. Senate; not in the People’s House as the Founders intended.

Thirdly, the current form of PPACA as touted by Marxist Democrats to be The Law of the Land IS NOT the PPACA legislation that was illegitimately passed using the Reconciliation Process.  The Obama Administration has made Administrative modifications (some say as many as thirty modifications – I don’t know the number) at least some of which may be considered NOT in fact, Administrative – but Legislative in nature, which is an illegal usurpation of legislative authority and seriously undermines our system of checks and balances.

The Obama Administration has also unilaterally granted waivers, exemptions and subsidies to various parties, which is at a minimum, grossly unfair, discriminatory and corrupt.  This third point is simply that the version of Obamacare now proposed for enactment and funding – is not the PPACA illegally deemed passed by corrupt Harry Reid’s Senate.  This corrupted version is, in fact, not the Law of the Land as passed by elected Representatives.  The Obama Administration has in fact, Administratively modified a bill supposedly intended to promote enhanced access to health insurance coverage;  and morphed it into a government controlled health services delivery system.  This is in no rational or legal manner legitimate.

Fourth and for now last, though sadly, not a serious issue for many Americans is the fact that PPACA was signed into law by a so-called President who has so far produced at least two different birth certificates and therefore, in my opinion has not demonstrated compliance with Article 2, Section 1, Paragraph 5 of the U.S. Constitution stating: “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of  President…”.  To some this is a trivial or even non-issue; but given Barack Hussein Obama’s penchant for consistently supporting policy damaging to these United States and more specifically, his demonstrated disregard for the Constitution he has sworn to protect and defend;  I believe this to be a serious matter and would like to see just one legitimate, confirmed birth certificate for this person of dubious origin.  I doubt that any American citizen reading this post has two or more birth certificates.  How is it that Al-Barack does and no one seems to care in spite of the untold damage to America now being openly perpetrated?

It strains my credulity that Democrats claim a complete government take-over of 16% of our economy is insignificant;  but failure to fund this same suicidal albatross is catastrophic for the nation.  Which is it?  Blatant lies both ways and the Presscorpse just keeps on keepin’ on.

It is now patently obvious that PPACA is focused on data mining and control of citizens even to the extent of legalizing direct IRS access to our personal bank accounts.  PPACA is not and never has been about improving health care access for American citizens.  This is a dangerously draconian collectivist bill and should be stopped at all costs.  If we can stop it – then what?

The cure to collectivist Obamacare and government imposed rationing under the so-called Complete Lives System is as follows:

1.  Pass one sentence legislation declaring the sale of health care insurance to be interstate commerce.  At zero cost to tax payers, this immediately dumps the government sanctioned, regulation protected health insurance monopolies being perpetrated within each state.  Nay Sayers claim the free market has failed.  You have to be in a Democrat or RINO induced coma to believe that we have free markets in health insurance.  We have Federally mandated health insurance monopolies within every state, with only the barest allusion of competition.  We will all be shocked if we could actually get our corrupt, so-called elected Representatives to aid us in obtaining an actual free, competitive market.  Just take a look at some of the VIP, concierge and direct medical services programs already being offered out there.   OMG!  The service and savings are incredible, though our Statist Presscorpse doesn’t like to talk about it.

2.  Promote medical savings accounts.

3.  Pass TORT REFORM.  Get the lawyers out of our doctor’s offices, clinics and hospitals.

4.  Get employers out of the health care business.  Employer provided health coverage is an archaic system that is no longer relevant or needed.  Leave employers alone to do what they do best.  In this modern day and age, each individual and/or family should be able to independently signup for health care insurance on any program offered anywhere by any company offering such coverage.

5.  Enroll your family in a direct services medical program – if you can find one and before your corrupt, monopoly prone government makes them illegal.  These programs along with a simple catastrophic  insurance coverage plan are working wonderfully in cities where Doc’s have creatively been offering them.  The savings and service are great.  Just imagine – you and your Doctor with no one in between.  Obamacare places 175 new government agencies, more than 20,000 pages of new regulation so far and 17,000 IRS thieves between you and your Doctor – and the devoted Statist Presscorpse calls this insanity better and cheaper.  Really?
